Top Reasons Why You Should Buy a Pet Water Fountain for Your Pet

One of the main benefits that a pet water fountain provides is ensuring that your pet drinks the healthiest drinking water they can get. Every pet owner wants the best for their beloved pets so they give them the best by buying them branded dog or cat foods, accessories and even bringing them to groomers. But what most of them don't realize is that their pet also needs a lot of clean water for them to stay hydrated. And this is exactly what pet water fountains are for.
A cat's body is made up of around 70% of water and they are very susceptible to kidney and urinary tract diseases. Domestic cats in particular need to consume extra water if they are fed a dry cat food diet. Most pet owners are more conscious of the pet's food rather than the water they drink. So keep your pet healthy by ensuring that they stay hydrated all day. Pet water fountains take the worry out of this for you.
Do you ever wonder why you sometimes catch your pet drinking from a dripping tap? It is because studies show that animals prefer to drink from running sources than stagnant drinking water. We all know how dogs love to drink and play with running water. And so do cats, which are very playful by nature, noticing and chasing every small object that moves. The pet water fountain's running water will surely grab their attention, thus enticing them to use it.
Busy pet owners will find the water fountain advantageous. No need to replace the water every day because of its filter. There are several models which you can choose from, and some models have a big water reservoir that you can fill up with enough water to last throughout the day. So you don't have to worry if you have to leave your pet for a short vacation because the pet water fountain will ensure that your pets will have clean water while you're away.
Your pets will have only the healthiest water that is the closest resemblance to what they can get from nature. Using a small submersible pump, the water circulates from the water tank. Then it passes through a charcoal filter to get rid of any impurities and dirt. The result is clean and fresh water for your dogs and cats. Your veterinary bills can surely be reduced by increasing their water intake.
Maintaining this device is also simple and hassle-free.
Usually, when you buy a brand new unit, it comes with a set of filters and sometimes you even get a spare one. You just have to change the filters regularly to make sure it gives you optimal performance. Some models even have a pre-filter system that can catch hair and other debris, thus extending the life of the machine. Compare this to everyday cleaning of your usual water bowls and you'll see the big difference.
Another benefit that you can get from it is that it keeps the air in your house cleaner. It adds humidity to a room, thus enhancing the quality of air. Imagine how this simple device can be so valuable to you and your pet.
Just like people, our pet also needs clean and safe drinking water. But unlike us, they don't have the ability to get that on their own. So they heavily depend on their pet owners to give them what they need. And sometimes, because we are too busy grooming them and making them look good on the outside, we sometimes overlook the things that are most important to their health. A responsible pet owner knows how to deal with that by ensuring that their health will be the top priority.

Does God Speak Through Horoscope?

We read our world through the eyes of the filters of our personality, experiences, and values - in sum, our perceptions. We make attributions with what we see quicker than we can even understand. Add to this the fact we're all spiritual beings, searching for meaning in life; we more easily find the wrong answers, thinking they're right for us.
Think about horoscope. There are 12 varieties - one of twelve boxes we fit into. The theory of horoscope is we're similar, if not the same, as others born in the same period of the year as we were. Think about that for a moment.
Christians hold that God speaks through his Spirit in ways to communicate the will of God - what we're to do, that's right, just and fair. Christians, by character and not merely name, don't enter into Crystal-ball gazing or ruminating over what the day holds for them, though they may pray - again, seeking God's will.
THE LOGIC OF BELIEF
By trying horoscope, and actively seeking it out in newspapers or via Internet apps etc, we've decided to align with a belief system that sorts us into personality types by birthdate. Think about the logic in that.
Add to this the fact that horoscope finds that 12 personality types will share similar fortunes on any particular day. Think about the logic in that. It's true that any horoscope analysis can be read many different ways, just as people self-select a particular item of clairvoyant interest. 'Your day will be busier than normal', is not actually that groundbreaking. Horoscope is generic enough in its form that it satisfies the reader who believes in it. The believer seeks to be affirmed in the reading.
Contrast this with the logic of belief in the Christian God; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. To outsiders the theology of God may be confusing. But this bit is simple: we are to worship in Spirit and in truth, according to John 4:24. God is Spirit; we worship in Spirit - and not via any talisman or idol. That leaves truth. Anything that consists of truth is of God. And though we believe by faith, God has reckoned all things valid that subsist in the truth. Does horoscope, in any way, subsist in truth? Does it, for instance, instruct or challenge or affirm us regarding moral or ethical truth?
I, and many others, would argue that horoscope does not, in any form, belong to the truth. Belief in horoscope satisfies a spiritual urge, but in a lie. We give ourselves what we want, leaving God far from view. The reality is the Evil One (Christians call him 'Satan') has accomplished his goal in diverting and diluting our worship when we choose horoscope or any other idol of aberrant focus. An otherwise life-transforming worship is missed out on.

4 Ways to Make Your Long Distance Relationship Work for Both of You

Who says long distance relationships end in misery? It can actually work when both couples decide to make it work! Here are a few tips on how to making your long distance relationship work. First, both partners should agree that they believe that the long distance relationship can thrive. Decisions like this should be taken seriously by both partners. If one partner is hesitant about the idea of a long distance relationship, it is better not to pursue it, than ending breaking up with each other down the line. Together the partners should discuss topics like commitment, security and contentment with regards to their relationship. These aspects are the strong foundation that couples should assess in order to have some perspective on whether or not their long distance relationship will work. The personalities of the couples need to be assessed also. There are some people who are comfortable seeing their partners for only a few times a month and are satisfied with talking on the phone often. These types of personalities are usually common to workaholic people. On the other hand, there are people who are very affectionate, that they can't stand being away from their partners for too long. These types of personalities have a difficult time handling a long distance relationship.
Second, keep the communication open. Set a time of the day to call each other by phone or talk online. It's important to share things that are happening in your lives. It doesn't have to be a major life event; even the most minute experiences like going to the mall, spending time with friends and buying groceries can be a point of communication that holds you together. The more you talk often with your partner, the more you feel each other's company and not realizing that you are far away. Also, set a time to discuss matters about your relationship as a whole. You can include things like how you are able to cope up with the long distance relationship and how you feel for each other with the new situation that you are in. Communication is a very important key to a successful relationship, all the more in a long distance setting.
Third, try to deal with issues and resolve them as they come up; don't let them fester. Remember, it is difficult to settle a fight especially in a long distance relationship because you cannot just go to your partner and ask for apology whenever you want to. Most of the time, pride comes in during a fight. One partner may decide not to call or communicate to the other. In this case, it becomes very difficult to resolve the problem because one partner chooses to draw back and to keep quiet to a point and act as if "nothing has happened." To avoid this, pick your battles and try to settle petty issues immediately when they arise. Don't wait for it to become a major fight before you act on it.
Lastly, stay committed and trust your partner. If you are sure that your partner is the right one for you, then don't make the long distance relationship complicated for both of you. Be committed and don't stray when your partner is away. Whether or not you get caught, these behaviors dry up the relationship and in the end will destroy it. An equally important tip to commitment is trusting your partner. Issues may arise and negative thoughts may come out. Discuss your concerns with your partner. If he/she says that things are not as they appear, then you basically you have to trust him/her. If he/she is telling the truth, then you saved the relationship an unnecessary fight and misunderstandings. On the other hand, if he is lying, don't worry about it because it will come out into the open soon. In the end, it will be a win-win situation for you.

How to Stay Connected in a Long Distance Relationship

Many couples find that they are apart for many different reasons. Whether it be career changes, military leave or even meeting online and living in different time zones, being away from the one you love can be tough. Let's face it, relationships are hard enough when you are in the same town as your significant other let alone in the same house. But having to cope with not being able to see the person who you want to spend your time with presents its own challenges.
Spending quality time is just not the same over skype or speaking on the phone as seeing your love face to face and being able to touch them. How can you keep the passion going, make sure the intimacy is still there and make sure they stay interested in you from afar? There are three cool ways you can make sure you stay on someones mind even though there are many miles between the two of you.
1) Send hand written letters - Ah, do you remember those? Good old fashion pen and paper. This is a great way to stay on someones mind and in their heart when you are not physically together. There's something about getting actual mail that is personalized for you and from your favorite person. The emotional connection you can achieve from sending each other handwritten notes or letters can be intoxicating. In this day and age of Facebook, email and twitter accounts, it's nice to take a step back every now and then to do something not so customary in these days.
2) A surprise flirty text message - This is a great way to break the monotony of someone's day. A lot of text messages are sent with general information that really are quick and easy ways to keep them up to date about your day. You know... "so and so came to work late again today" or "such and such cut me off in the parking lot' or "I'm going grocery shopping after work". Those are boring and really disconnect. Instead try a flirty text message like "if I were with you right now I would..." or "I can't stop thinking about how beautiful/handsome you were the last time we saw each other and I can't wait to see you soon". This is the best way to put a smile on someones face when you can't talk to them because of time differences or work hours, etc. Also they are bound e it because everyone reads their text messages.
3) A surprise visit - Now this one can be tricky. Surprise can always cause an issue if one, the person getting surprised doesn't like them or two you actually get surprised by something when you make the trip. But with all things being considered if you choose to surprise your significant other they will cherish that memory forever. I had a girlfriend surprise me when we were dating and she flew in town and I was so excited to see her I was speechless. It was completely unexpected. She's now my wife by the way.
These tips should be used to make sure you stay connected with your favorite person while they are away from you and help keep some of the passion and spark alive until the relationship takes another venture and the two of you can spend physical quality time together and are no longer in a long distance relationship but just a relationship.
Being in love is easy. Staying in love takes work and long distance relationship advice is always helpful. Even the strongest couples need help and creative ways to keep the spark going.

Importance of Listed Price in Real Estate

There are a lot of things that you need to understand when it comes to the realty market, but a lot of people are not aware of these things, and this is the reason why they are having problems when investing. If you really want to be successful when investing in real estate, you need to be sure that you are familiar with the terms that are commonly used in it. In this article, we will not only be discussing the things that you need to know about the listed price, but also the importance of this term when buying your own property.
If you are already familiar with the realty market, you know that the listed price means nothing. It is simply placed there as an invitation for people to place their offers. For example, I have a property and would like to get offers from a lot of people; I can simply place $1 as its listed price, but of course, I would never sell a property for $1. It is only there to attract buyers and to be able to start a transaction. As a buyer, you are not required to place an offer close to the listed price. It is not even the price where you will be starting your offer.
The reason why a listed price is important is because this will give your buyers the idea of what they can expect from the property. If you are planning to sell your real estate property, you can place it listed for sale by estimating the total value of your property. You can seek for the help of a real estate agent or a realtor to have a rough estimate of its value. From here, you will be receiving offers, which could either be higher or lower than your listed price. Everything is fine from here, because you can reject all offers, even if it is higher than your listed price, for as long as the terms do not meet your requirements.
A listed price is very important in every transaction, but you can never use it to determine the amount that you will be receiving from your property. There are a lot of people who think that having their property listed for sale would mean that they are going to accept an offer that is better than what they have listed, but you still have the final call.
As I have mentioned in my example above, I can place a real estate property listed for sale for only $1, but I can close a deal worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. It all depends on how you are going to present your property, and whether or not the property will be tempting for buyers. Always remember that the real estate market is very open, and you don't have to accept a deal if you think that it won't be advantageous for you. Asking your real estate agent will also be beneficial, especially when trying to determine the value of your property.

Android Users: Necessary steps to be taken for your phone

Android smartphone users can take some common sense precautions to protect their personal data from being stolen -- important advice considering an app developer purports to know how to take the information in under 60 seconds.
Loredana Botezatu of BitDefender, a cybersecurity software maker, recommends:
  • Never lose sight of your smartphone in public.
  • Keep a close eye on what a person is doing with your phone if you lend it to someone.
  • Install mobile anti-malware software on your phone.
  • Don't store job-related information on your phone unless it's encrypted.
The advice comes as a gray hat app developer has released into the wild five tools purportedly for "study purposes" that can clean out all the data on an Android smartphone in less than a minute.
Based on information from virus researchers at BitDefender, here's how the tools work.
When any of the apps is loaded on a victim's phone, they can be activated remotely by a cyber thief. Once activated, it sends a five digit pass code to the phone's intruder and secretly uploads the device's contacts, messages, recent calls, and browser history into the developer's space in the Android Cloud. After copying the data from the phone, the apps uninstall themselves so a target won't know they were even on their mobile.
To obtain data sucked from a phone, a Net crook need only travel to the developer's cloud location, enter the five-digit code generated by their copy of the app and for $5 they can download all the data nicked by the sinister software.
In an ironic twist, the developer has posted a notice at their site informing users of the apps that if they don't pay for the data they've stolen within 24 hours of the theft, all the information will be erased from the site "out of respect and for security reasons." "[N]eedless to say...this statement is by no means to be trusted," Botezatu cautions.
This latest attack on Android phones is just one of many this year. In fact, the phones are seen as a ripe target for mobile miscreants. According to a report released by a cybersecurity software maker in August, attacks on Android by malware writers jumped 76 percent over the previous three months, making it the most assaulted mobile operating system on the planet.
Some of that malware has been devilishly clever. For example, a bad app called Soundminer listens to conversations on an Android phone and is able to recognize when a credit card is spoken. After identifying such a number, it snips it from the conversation it has been recording and sends it to a Web baddie.
While cyber sorties like these may give some smartphone buyers pause before picking up an Android mobile, some commentators believe the benefits of an open system like Android outweigh those of systems with less openness and less vulnerability to attack. "Threats are everywhere," JR Raphael wrote in PC World. "The answer isn't locking down the world; it's taking basic precautions."
"With freedom of choice comes a small level of responsibility -- and whether we're talking about the Web or talking about our smartphones, the tradeoff is almost always worth it in the end," he added.

Android's Permission Problems

Mobile apps are a privacy nightmare. Some apps are constantly connected to the Internet, and can upload your personal data--such as your private photos or documents--to a remote server without your knowledge or consent. While iOS users can generally depend on Apple's app-curating process to keep their data safe, Android users pretty much have to fend for themselves, left to rely on a cryptic system that doesn't seem to be working.

How Google's Permission System Works

Whenever you download an app from Google Play (the store formerly known as the Android Market), you see an alert that explains what information that app will be able to access once you install it on your phone; for instance, the alert will indicate whether the app needs to access your contacts list, or connect to the Internet. An app cannot use any part of the phone that it does not have permission to access, and the developer sets these permissions when it first submits the app to the Play store.

The Problem With Permissions

While the providing of this information is a good idea in theory, it doesn't work so well in reality. According to Joe Keehnast, a product manager for Norton, very few people actually look through an app's permissions before installing it.
Even if you were to read through the alert, you may not come away with much information: The permissions list can be extremely unclear and unhelpful. An app can request permission to use my network connection, for example, but I'm never sure what it's actually using that connection for. Some security apps, such as Lookout Mobile Security, feature "privacy advisors" that can give you a little more detail as to why an app would request certain permissions. At best, however, that is a workaround for a larger problem. Even with the extra information from security apps, you never see explicit details as to why, say, a browser app wants access to your phone's SMS function.
Confusion aside, the permission system as it is currently designed just does not work. In late February, the New York Times demonstrated an inherent flaw with the Android permission system by building an app that was able to access photos stored on an Android phone and copy them to a remote server. To accomplish that, the app needed only permission to access the Internet.
According to Google, the problem stems from the fact that it originally developed the permission system to work with devices that stored photos on the removable memory card. Now that phones store photos on the built-in storage, Google's permission system no longer works as the company originally intended.

What to Look For

Though app permissions are by no means clear, you can look for a couple of red flags. Almost every app asks for access to the Internet (usually for ads), but very few should request permission to access your phone calls or your messages. A malicious app with permission to make calls or send messages can cost you big by dialing certain phone numbers or by sending out premium text messages without your knowledge. The only apps that should have access to your phone calls or text messages are security apps and communication apps such as Google Voice. If a game asks for permission to access your text messages, do not download it.
Android's Permission ProblemsKeep an eye out for any app that asks for texting or phone permissions. Some app developers will list what their programs use each permission for. The developer of the Any.Do task-managing app, for instance, has a FAQ page that explains each of its requested permissions. It's really helpful to be able to see why an app needs access to your contacts or hardware controls. If an app developer doesn't explain why it is requesting certain permissions, send the developer an email; the Google Play app gives you each developer's basic contact information, and you can drop the app creators a line in case you have any questions. If a developer doesn't respond, and you can't find anything more about the developer or the app online, avoid them. It's better to forgo an app than to install it only to find out that it has taken over your phone.
It should go without saying, but the situation needs to change. Google must revamp the permission system so that it is easier to understand, and app developers have to clearly explain what their apps can access--and why. But until that day comes, it's important for you to keep questioning whether each app really needs access to all parts of your phone.

iPhone Vs Android: The Real Showdown!

Let's start measuring both the mobile platforms with features which we care about the most.
In terms of ease of use, most of the users will agree that iPhone takes the cake. Android has come a long way and has improved a lot but from the ease-of-use perspective, the iPhone wins hands down. Android phones consist of too many buttons and home screens too.
In terms of openness, Android is the clear winner since it is open source, and most users prefer openness in terms of what can be used with the smartphone. The apps make the phone, after all!
iPhone has the best battery compared to the Android phones. Most Android devices get lots of features and that is why the battery life is lower compared to the iPhone. Android phones vary in terms of battery performance but overall they are a notch lower than the iPhone here.
Both the mobile platforms are supportive of multi-tasking. iPhones and Android phones both support multitasking to the hilt nowadays while iPhone has had some trade-offs in terms of battery life improvements which is important too!
The iPhone's software keyboard is significantly better than the Android's default keyboard while in terms of a system-wide search, both iPhone and Android can search out almost anything although Android devices cannot search emails.
iPhone's notification center is a bit clumsy compared to the Android's list of notifications. But in terms of voice to text feature, the odds are slightly in favor of the iPhone since with the new Siri, the feature works much better than any of its counterparts.
iPhones are surprisingly old-fashioned when it comes to syncing and it requires the users to plug in and connect to iTunes that should have been done wirelessly. Android phones have a fantastic Google syncing capability so much so that it continues to work even if you change or lose your old smartphone.
Android is not so great in syncing with popular sources of data other than Google Sync especially Outlook, Address Book and the like. Here iPhone is the clear winner. The Android tethering situation is seriously better off than what the iPhone provides. Android edges ahead of the iPhone since it has the ability to turn your handset into a Wi-Fi hotspot which can actually deliver wireless connections to you of up to 7 friends.
Apple presents the iOS updates better than what Android does. The iPhone ecosystem is pretty much easy to understand and every new phone receives the new update. Every other phone in the ecosystem can also receive the update unless and until it is the oldest one.Android does not have a streamlines way of going about the updates.
And one of the most important feature of all: the apps. Though the Apple store has more than four times the number of apps than that of Android, there is a lot of crap too in the App Store. Also, as of now most of the critical apps are now available for both the iPhone and Android. Overall, it can be said that both are good.
One can safely say that in terms of gaming and music experience, there's no beating the iPhone apps yet. Android has a lot of catching up to do with the Android apps.

Information On Forex Trading Strategies

Choose a forex broker who is known for rapid execution of orders; it might make all the difference in successfully implementing a Stop Loss order. You should carry on monitoring a trend even after you have spotted it, this is to ensure that you can rectify your mistakes (if any) in case you spotted the trend wrongly or the trend reverses suddenly due to an incident. Identifying the market sentiments are very important as traders tend to stampede and act on intuitions during breaking of any news event. Durable Goods Stock is a very important economic indicator as it signals the country's stock of raw materials and machineries and necessity of import and domestic production thus affecting the price of consumer pairs. The higher the leverage, the greater is your chance of making a huge profit, and the greater is the probability that you might have a huge loss compared to a lower leverage. Real estate purchases and construction is a very important economic indicator as it greatly dictates the interest rates of a country which in turn has a huge effect on the prices of currency pairs.
Take Profit orders are completely opposite to Stop Loss orders as they demarcate the maximum amount of profit from your trade, which once attained will automatically close the trade for you. Consumer Price Index (CPI) is a very crucial economic indicator as it measures the average price a country's residents have paid for purchasing domestically and internationally produced commodities. Countries that are dependent on import of oil from other countries tend to have a weaker currency in the event of rise in oil prices. Support and resistance are the price levels at which market trends tend to reverse; identifying these will help you in choosing your strategy from advance. It is recommended to open an account with a Forex market broker with a low leverage and then move on to higher leverages once you identify a strong trend in the Forex market.
An honest Forex broker promotes fixed spreads and will not alter the currency pairs' prices. When you successfully decipher a trend, you can predict the future behaviours of the currency's price and buy or sell accordingly. Economic indicators or market snippets are periodically released by government and private companies and a trader must follow these carefully in order to successfully predict the trend in currency prices. Huge change in market prices of currency pairs usually arise when unexpected economical or political events are reported. Playing big at one go implies higher risk and higher probability of incurring heavy losses. Loses are common while dealing with Forex markets but one loss shouldn't demotivate you to take part in future trading in the market. Product Price Index (PPI) is a very important economic indicator as it measures the average price received by domestic producers for the domestic and international sell of their goods.
Simple moving average method of identifying trends uses each price point over the specified time period equally, which are added and averaged to get the trend line.
Having selection on Forex trading is approach of generating profits from Forex currency trading. Regulatory authorities move the functions of a brokerage and ensure that in tow, hence choosing a Forex broker without the first is a grave mistake. Short term international capital flows and expression macroeconomic factors customize the trends and thus you should keenly observe a trend in order to spot whether it is real or weak and unsustainable. Remember that in a marketplace (like some other securities market) with greater profit opportunities there are greater risks.

International Forex Trading

All Forex trading is international. You cannot participate in any other kind of Forex trading, as international Forex trading is the only type of currency trading. This is because different countries and nations will have their own currencies, so it doesn't matter where you are and what Forex broker you use - you will always be trading currencies in the same market as everybody else and how you reach that same market is irrelevant.
You enter the market for currencies and trade currencies internationally. This is the same for every Forex trader and investor in the market. In all fairness, it is possible to trade currencies in different ways, through different types of brokers and such. However, the majority of individual Forex traders will trade currencies through retail market makers.
Because the Forex trading is always international, so are Forex brokers and they are needed in order to enter the currency market. There are many brokers available and the majority of the them look for all kinds of clients, regardless of how much money they have to open an account with or what country they come from. You are fully responsible yourself though, as an individual Forex trader, to find a broker that is regulated.
If you choose a Forex broker that is not based in your country, you will be responsible for finding out which regulatory authorities it is associated with, in order to ensure that the broker you are signing up to is legit. Of course even if the broker you go to is based in your own country, you will still have to do your research. Some brokers aren't regulated and this is why you have to be careful.
Never go to a broker that isn't regulated - it just isn't worth your time, effort or money. If you do happen to go to a bad broker, you might lose all of your money, as well as wasting all of your time and efforts. You could of course contact the regulatory authorities and take legal action, but you won't be in a very strong position at all. Although it sounds a little extreme, cases like this have happened before.
If you do go to a Forex broker that is not regulated, you will run the risk of being subjected to fraud, manipulation and abusive trade practices. Currency trading is difficult enough already, so you don't want to make it even harder for yourself and go to a poor broker. Provided that you go to a broker that has some good reviews and a strong reputation, you and your money will most likely be very safe.
In conclusion, all Forex trading is international. All Forex brokers work internationally too because of this, however, not all are regulated. It is ultimately the individual Forex trader's responsibility to make sure that their broker is safe and legit, because not all aren't and many aren't regulated. Remember, just because you live in one country, it doesn't mean you have to go to a broker that is based in your own country, as that won't really benefit you. What will benefit you, is going to a broker that you can trust and establish a long-term relationship with.

Land Rover owned by Tata Motors is likely to set-up its new plant in China, through a joint venture with Chinese automobile major Chery Automobile Co Ltd, and is awaiting final clearance, a report said at Beiging on Monday. The world knows that China has great capability to fill up the industrial demands, but the Tata Motors should have given it a chance to the Indian Industrial sector, India, another developing nation has eloquently great man power. But, looks like the Indian motor company just don't get along with it. If this was set-up in India, then there would have been better opportunities for the Indian markets.

"Land Rover plans to join the ranks of global automakers making vehicles in China by partnering with Chery Automobile Co Ltd in a joint venture," state run China Daily reported on Monday.

The venture will be based in the Changshu Economic and Technological Development Area in Jiangsu province.

Both sides have reached an agreement on the new venture and are now awaiting approval from the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), China’s top economic planner, the report quoted sources as saying.

However, Jaguar cars, made by the same UK company are not part of the current deal for local production in China, it said.
Tata’s have big presence in China, especially through TCS, which has emerged as the largest Indian IT company with vast business ventures.
In addition to a plant assembling Land Rovers, the NDRC wants the joint venture to produce a new wholly owned brand, besides having an engine factory and R&D centre.

According to the agreement between Chery and Jaguar Land Rover, the joint venture will have a planned production capacity of 50,000 units at its initial stage, the report said quoting overseas media.

It quoted Ralf Speth, Jaguar Land Rover CEO as saying that Land Rover plans to invest 100 million pounds (USD 158 million) in the joint venture, which will have 5,000 employees.

The agreement requires the board chairman of the new joint venture to be appointed by Chery, while president will be selected from Jaguar Land Rover.

Chery, headquartered in Wuhu, Anhui province, already has production facilities in Changshu, a prosperous eastern city.

China became Jaguar Land Rover’s third-largest market in 2011, selling more than 42,000 vehicles in the country, a 61 percent increase as compared to the previous year. And, there wouldn't have been the same result in India, this must be one of the biggest disadvantages in the Indian market.

Poker : The Game to be Played

Here is a post which helps the beginners to gain some knowledge about this Awesome card game. For the first time I had played Poker at my friend(Milan Virani)'s farmhouse. It was an amazing night. We played all long the night, and the craze is still within us. We love poker. We spent thousands on the poker chips.Okay, and you call it luck, I made a good profit that day. Okay, let me tell you something about this game.

Poker is a family of card games involving betting and individualistic play whereby the winner is determined by the ranks and combinations of their cards, some of which remain hidden until the end of the game. Poker games vary in the number of cards dealt, the number of shared or "community" cards and the number of cards that remain hidden. The betting procedures vary among different poker games in such ways as betting limits and splitting the pot between a high hand and a low hand. The most popular form of poker is Texas Hold'em.[1][2]
In most modern poker games, the first round of betting begins with some form of forced bet by one of the players. In standard poker, each player is betting that the hand he has will be the highest ranked. The action then proceeds clockwise around the table and each player in turn must either match the maximum previous bet orfold, losing the amount bet so far and all further interest in the hand. A player who matches a bet may also "raise," or increase the bet. The betting round ends when all players have either matched the last bet or folded. If all but one player fold on any round, then the remaining player collects the pot and may choose to show or conceal their hand. If more than one player remains in contention after the final betting round, the hands are revealed and the player with the winning hand takes the pot. With the exception of initial forced bets, money is only placed into the pot voluntarily by a player who, at least in theory, rationally believes the bet has positive expected value. Thus, while the outcome of any particular hand significantly involves chance, the long-run expectations of the players are determined by their actions chosen on the basis of probabilitypsychology and game theory.
Poker has gained in popularity since the beginning of the twentieth century, and has gone from being primarily a recreational activity confined to small groups of mostly male enthusiasts, to a widely popular spectator activity with international audiences and multi-million dollar tournament prizes.

How to Play Poker?

In casual play, the right to deal a hand typically rotates among the players and is marked by a token called a dealer button (or buck). In acasino, a house dealer handles the cards for each hand, but the button (typically a white plastic disk) is rotated clockwise among the players to indicate a nominal dealer to determine the order of betting. The cards are dealt clockwise around the poker table, one at a time.
One or more players are usually required to make forced bets, usually either an ante or a blind bet (sometimes both). The dealer shuffles the cards, the player on the chair to their right cuts, and the dealer deals the appropriate number of cards to the players one at a time, beginning with the player to their left. Cards may be dealt either face-up or face-down, depending on the variant of poker being played. After the initial deal, the first of what may be several betting rounds begins. Between rounds, the players' hands develop in some way, often by being dealt additional cards or replacing cards previously dealt. At the end of each round, all bets are gathered into the central pot.
At any time during a betting round, if one player bets and no opponents choose to call (match) the bet and all opponents instead fold, the hand ends immediately, the bettor is awarded the pot, no cards are required to be shown, and the next hand begins. This is what makesbluffing possible. Bluffing is a primary feature of poker, one that distinguishes it from other vying games and from other games that make use of poker hand rankings.
At the end of the last betting round, if more than one player remains, there is a showdown, in which the players reveal their previously hidden cards and evaluate their hands. The player with the best hand according to the poker variant being played wins the pot. A poker hand comprises five cards; in variants where a player has more than five cards, the best five cards play.

In poker, players construct hands of five cards according to predetermined rules, which vary according to which variant of poker is being played. These hands are compared using a hand ranking system that is standard across all variants of poker, the player with the highest-ranking hand winning that particular deal in most variants of poker. In some variants, the lowest-ranking hand can win or tie.
Although used primarily in poker, these hand rankings are also used in some othercard games, and in poker dice.
The ranking of a particular hand is increased by including multiple cards of the same card rank, by all five cards being from the same suit, or by all five cards being of consecutive rank. The relative ranking of the various hand categories is based on theprobability of being randomly dealt such a hand from a well-shuffled deck. The list of poker hands is given here, help yourself while evaluating your hands based on this order. This order is based on the Probability of these hands. Online Poker Tips, Strategies and Tricks

Nowadays the trick to online poker is not about playing the best, but instead it's now about playing at the best and most profitable tables. But how do you find these profitable sites and tables? The first tip is to play during peak times. This is the time when people come home from work and relax in the evening by playing poker. Another thing about online poker is multi-tabling. Playing multiple tables at once is the best thing about playing online. This is the reason why there are so many grinders at the big sites who play tons of tables at once. They make a slight profit on each one, but it all adds up to a big profit. But how do you get to this stage and how many tables should you play at the same time? The first thing to remember is that you should only multi-table if you are a winning player.
Online poker is much more profitable than live poker. The rake percentages of online poker sites are less than that of live brick and mortar casino poker. Typically the casino rake is about 10% and that doesn't even include tipping. Online poker is around 5%, so about half the rake of a real casino. It gets even better with deposit bonuses, rake back and loyalty rewards, you will end up paying even less rake.
The best thing about online poker is the tournaments. Tournament poker is different to cash game poker. Play conservatively at first when the blinds are small compared to the stacks. Be more aggressive later when the blinds increase. Single table Sit n Go's are becoming increasingly popular. These are small tournaments with 9 or 10 tables with the top 3 places being paid. Just like larger tournaments, be tight at first and wait till there are 4 or 5 players left.
Heads up poker is a very fun variation and is quite profitable. In fact the best players in the world often play this form the game almost exclusively. The thing to understand about heads up poker is that the person who is the most aggressive will often win. This is because you are going to miss the flop more often than not. You can't wait for a decent hand because they are so rare. Often you will find ace high wins the pot and a stack of chips. I have improved my full ring game by playing heads up poker. It teached you aggressive and what to do when you come up against one player.

Best Medicine is the Laughter

"A smile costs nothing but gives much.
It enriches those who receive without making poorer those who give.
It takes but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever.
None is so rich or mighty that he cannot get along without it
and none is so poor that he cannot be made rich by it.
Yet a smile cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen,
for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away.
Some people are too tired to give you a smile.
Give them one of yours,
as none needs a smile as much as he who has no more to give".
Laughter is really the best medicine. I do have a sense of humour, probably inherited from my father who always showed us the funny side of life however bad our circumstances appeared to be. I remember going to see a fortune teller in my teens. She advised me to always smile - not only to feel better myself but to pass it on to others. Have you ever walked down the street and smiled at someone? Generally they smile back at you and I am sure in some way it brightens up there day.
We as substance abusers tend to be extremely emotional. My life has been a real roller coaster ride with its ups and downs. I was happy as a small child but things changed when we moved to a new country and I was put into a boarding school. I was 7 years old and the other girls terrorised me for the first week I was there. School was not the best years of my life. I think this is where my anxiety disorder kicked in and I developed a stutter for some reason. This made my school days hell. I dreaded having to read in class as the others would burst out into fits of laughter and, unable to cry, I withdrew into a shell more and more as the years went by. In high school I turned into one of the rebels - smoking and bunking out - but I was always the one to be caught and punished accordingly. When I think back to those days, especially the younger years, I picture myself as the last little girl left behind at the end of term, kicking the cobble stones while I waited anxiously for someone to get me to the airport to catch my flight home.
College introduced me to a whole new world. I took to alcohol immediately and however small my frame, could drink most of the guys under the table. I could be whoever I wanted to be and it washed away all the anxiety that had accumulated inside over the years - or so I thought!. Everyone loved me - or so I thought! I wrote my last exam after an all night bender and, unbelievably, I passed that one but not the others. So it was off to work to pay back my study loan.
As the years went by I worked, I got married and had two adorable kids. My husband was a heavy drinker and the marriage did not go too well. Alcohol took on a whole new meaning for me. It was my escape from verbal abuse, depression and more anxiety. We opened a pub a few years down the line and I started drinking with the customers at 10am in the morning. I became physically ill and severely depressed. I knew I had to get some order into my life. My kids were growing up in an alcohol infested environment - it had to change - I had to change. I went to rehab, stayed sober but without AA. My husband moved away and I was fortunate to get a good job to keep the home going. I was not happy and 8 years later, with a pending divorce and my job at stake, I did what we alcoholics are tempted to do when the shit hits the fan - I started drinking again.
After a suicide attempt, numerous visits to the psychiatric ward, many detoxes and relapses, I started a 12 step program. 18 months later, I cannot tell you how much my life has changed. My sense of humour has returned and I can laugh again. If I botch up in a meeting or share something stupid, my colleagues are genuinely laughing with me and not at me. With all the chaos going on in the world around us, I can smile and know that I am doing my little bit to give someone else the chance to really live again. Sobriety is a strict daily routine but it is worth every 24 hours of it.

Is Windows 8 the Next Generation Operating System?

Windows might not be the most perfect operating system in the market. However, if you go through the operating system statistics, one thing is clear. Eighty to ninety percent of the computer users uses a Windows operating system. Supporting wide range of hardware models, provide a simple user friendly platform to work with and giving it for a reasonable price are the key factors for the success of the Windows. With time there are more hardware and software challenges in the market where Microsoft need to proved a solid solutions. Let's see how Windows 8 will take your computer experience to the next level.
Hardware challenges for Windows 8 are the touch base devices and low powered mobiles devices.
Microsoft first demonstration of Windows 8 shows, Windows 8 uses same user interface of Windows mobile 7. It is modern, clean touch friendly interface will change how you interact with the computer. It is not only designed for touch base devices tablets but for desktops, laptops and netbooks. That will allow you to use one operating system for your desktop, laptop netbook or even for tablets. Special requirement of Windows 8 is to support ARM devices, which are low powered mobile devices. That clearly shows that Windows 8 will enter the tablet market in 2012.
With the popularity it inherits the security issues. Windows operating systems are been the target of attacks, hacking and virus and malware attacks. Windows 7 fix most of the vulnerabilities that Windows XP was suffering. Windows 8 needs to improve it to provide a solid platform for its users. Early leaks and the Windows 8 Build show that it is going to have 128 bit option. It will give power to have fast processing and more secure computers with Windows 8. Not only that it be powered with Hyper-V 3.0 virtualisation. It is a more secure, fast and reliable environment.
Kinect is another life changer still only limited to gaming world but slowly rolling to your computer with the recent released software development kit (SDK) for the PC. Definitely it will change the way you use the computer. Control your computer with the hand and body movements. New Windows 8 user interface will provide the ideal user interface for this type of situation. Already, there are various application build with Kinect that can be run on the PC.
Windows 8 biggest challenge is to replace Windows XP and Windows 7. Windows XP is there for ages and Windows 7 been the most stable and secure operating system. Beating Windows XP and Windows 7 will need lots of improvements and adding new features required to support the new technology. Faster booting is one of the key areas that need to come with Windows 8 especially if Windows 8 is going to support tablets. Early Windows 8 leaks revealed that it solved the problem with Hybrid boot.
Soon we can figure out how Windows 8 will enter in to the tablet market as well as change the way we use the PC. Microsoft is planning to release Windows 8 in April 2012 and soon it will hit the market with the compatible hardware. One thing is sure that it will come with great new features and improvements and Microsoft will try their best to give an answer to security and provide an optimised PC experience.
